Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cleanly, a cleaning-services marketplace operated by Smart Global Technologies Inc. ("Cleanly"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Cleanly connects clients who need cleaning with independent, vetted cleaning professionals. Cleanly facilitates discovery, quoting, scheduling, communication, and payment. Cleaning professionals are independent contractors, not employees of Cleanly.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your province to enter into a contract.

Bookings & payments

• Prices are shown before you confirm, based on service type, size, rooms, extras, applicable taxes, and any booking fee.
• Payment is collected securely through our payment provider when you confirm a booking.
• Cancellation windows and any fees are shown at booking and depend on how close you are to the scheduled time.
• Taxes are applied automatically based on your province.

Cleaner professionals

Professionals complete onboarding, document review, a background check, signed agreements, and required training before accepting jobs. Professionals agree to perform services professionally and in line with Cleanly's standards and the law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to defraud, harass others, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk to the community.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Cleanly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
